Closed my account after winning global tournament. Reason for closure was: You switched your device. Yes i did, i received iPhone 16 from Admiral, used it to log in on my account and account was instantly locked. I thought its safety measure, but i found out that account is permanently locked for using different phone to log in on their mobile app. Real reason was definitely big win few hours before i decided to log in on brand new phone i got from them. Stay away from Admiral, all big wins they brag about probably ended with account locked or are fake. They cant deal with 1500 euros win. My ID is 30259 and official response is that i used new device and my account was pemanently closed as soon as i won tournament for AdmiralBet Montenegro.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Admiral Cazino. My experience was extremely bad. In just two days of playing, the staff judged me and unfairly set limits on my account without explanation. Their treatment is not fair or professional, and it feels like they do not respect their customers at all. Please be careful and think twice before using this casino.
