Live bets prohibited except for bets on numerical intermediate/final results or which person/team improves their score next. Bets over €500 are prohibited. This eliminates most live betting markets.
- Bookmaker reserves right to void or cancel transactions without full justification
Bookmaker can stop, cancel, or void transactions at sole discretion if irregularities detected, suspected violations, or court/authority requests. Can withhold payments and close accounts without detailed explanation to customer.
- No unilateral right of withdrawal after bet placement
Section A12 explicitly excludes any unilateral right of withdrawal by customer after bet contract is concluded. No cancellation possible at betting terminals (A20).
- Bookmaker can change odds, limits, and terms at any time without notice
Bookmaker reserves right to stop accepting bets, limit stake amounts, change odds before bet acceptance, and modify T&C at any time. Changes announced via posting in branch or confirmed before bet placement.
