DAZN Full Sportsbook Review

This company is a rip-off my Son purchased a boxing match (without my knowledge) he is 17 and they have been taking money from his account until he was so embarrassed he told me as this has been going on for 4 months. It is impossible to cancel the service it has taken me 1.5 hours and I have had to threaten them with legal action and point out he is a minor that cannot legally contract with anyone under UK law!! They have told me the account is now cancelled after over an hour of backwards and forwards - I'm not holding my breath that they have cancelled the contract even now. All I can say is never use this company!!

This is a ripoff. They trap you in 12 months of payments. Most service an allow you to cancel anytime. They should never be a host to a special event. Be aware of this disingenuous behavior.

Ordered a pay per view fight in November and cancelled subscription immediately (or at least I thought I had). Didn’t check my account and discovered in Feb that I had paid 3 subscriptions of £24.95. Wrote to DAZN and they wouldn’t issue a refund even though they could see I hadn’t used their service. The cancellation process takes you through multiple pages before it completes and this is where things went wrong. DAZN state that their cancellation only takes minutes and admit there are multiple screens. The cancellation process should take seconds not minutes and be simple and uncomplicated. Also when I cancelled they wanted to charge me till the end of next month. Also during the cancellation process I finally completed ,I was offered the service at around half the price I had just paid. Who would have thought that Eddie Hearn would run an operation like this. I had a similar problem with another subscription and the vendor refunded immediately when they realised I hadn’t used their service service. BEWARE OF THIS SUPPLIER THEY WILL NOT BUDGE IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WITH THEIR CANCELLATION SERVICE. One fight cost me £100.
