The app is completely dysfunctional, I have tried to sign up, but the allow access button doesn't work at all (even though I have my GPS switched on) so I can't even sign up. And if you can't sign up you can't contact them. Totally useless and user unfriendly app in every way. Try a different bookmaker instead!
Tried to sign up. They couldn't verify my account, so have been told I've been 'denied'. I have multiple betting accounts open with multiple UK bookies so doesn't this make any sense. Customer service also useless, giving no explanation
