Great until a game doesn't credit you with your winnings, 300 euro in total. Then they don't want to know. Fob you off with it being the providers fault and don't pay up
The good news is that they were not holding my money. Their trick is to activate your account and get you to deposit. After you have made a deposit you are at their mercy. They ask for all sorts of documents, that are never exactly good enough for them! I was clever, I asked them what documents they wanted before depositing and after 11 days they are still not satisfied! Had I deposited money I would be in trouble. As it is I will simply carry on with my business elsewhere.
