Latest Negative Reviews
I have been a customer of Betdaq for more than 20 years. Today I asked them to close the said account.A short while ago I tried to deposit a small amount of money, only to discover my gross deposit limit had been reduced to £3.50 a day (£100 per month) from £1000 per month without the courtesy of informing me I emailed customer service, no reply. So, as I say today I asked them to close the account. There is no legislation for such action taken by Betdaq, and there are plenty to choose from, so my hobby/pleasure will not decrease I am 75 years of age and have been having a bet since I was sixteen, but Betdaq must think I am a child who needs pocket money dished out by their whims. Ironically, Mr Dermot Desmond (owner of Betdaq at the time), in around 2000/01, at Leapardstown racecourse in a box there, asked me to "give Betdaq a go" as I was well known at a rival company, even sending a rep to my house in Surrey, to "sign me up". However, if a customer of 20 years gets the shabby treatment I have received, why should I patronise them, no matter who owns the company. Betdaq were never the number one, but now they are behind the black market companies, shame on them. Barry Turnbull
