I’ve had a very frustrating experience with 888poker. After requesting a withdrawal, my account was suddenly temporarily disabled. I was then asked to provide additional verification documents — specifically: Bank statement My full name Bank name Address BIC/SWIFT code I have already submitted these documents more than 21 times over 21 days via email and live chat. The main issue is this: They require me to log in to access the cashier and upload documents, but my account is blocked — so I cannot access the cashier. This makes it impossible to complete the verification process properly. After repeatedly contacting support, I was eventually told by email that my account is blocked for 6 months minimum (or longer). Meanwhile, my withdrawal is still pending and they are holding my money. This has been extremely stressful and disappointing. Communication has been unclear, and support has not resolved the issue despite providing all requested documentation multiple times.
