I’ve had a very frustrating experience with 888poker. After requesting a withdrawal, my account was suddenly temporarily disabled. I was then asked to provide additional verification documents — specifically: Bank statement My full name Bank name Address BIC/SWIFT code I have already submitted these documents more than 21 times over 21 days via email and live chat. The main issue is this: They require me to log in to access the cashier and upload documents, but my account is blocked — so I cannot access the cashier. This makes it impossible to complete the verification process properly. After repeatedly contacting support, I was eventually told by email that my account is blocked for 6 months minimum (or longer). Meanwhile, my withdrawal is still pending and they are holding my money. This has been extremely stressful and disappointing. Communication has been unclear, and support has not resolved the issue despite providing all requested documentation multiple times. At this point, I am simply asking for: My withdrawal to be processed A clear explanation Fair treatment regarding my funds Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 888poker due to account blocking issues and withdrawal delays plz don't waste ur time here try any where else I say pokerstars is great once verified 😉 apon your account opens before u can play has to verified ID EMAIL BANK PHONE NUMBER ADDRESS NEVERTHELESS THEY CAN PROVIDE SAFE WITHDRAWAL BUT IF THEY SAID 3 DAYS IT WONT TAKE 21DAYS AND STILL PENDING

Scam, not paying my winnings nor accepting documents for no good reason. Not recommended.

You win they Ban you. I won the perfect 10 twice in a matter of a month or two. Then I had re verify my account for months only for them to ban my account simply bc I am a winner. This site sucks. Simply put u win they Ban you
