UKGC Appoints Kirsty Caldwell as Interim Industry Forum Chair
The UK Gambling Commission has appointed Kirsty Caldwell as Interim Chair of its Industry Forum, filling the vacancy left by Nick Rust, whose term ended in November 2025.
Caldwell, who founded compliance consultancy Betsmart Consulting in 2019, has been a Forum member since March 2024. She will serve in the interim role while the UKGC recruits a permanent successor.
