Gaming Customers can freeze specific game categories for chosen time periods (section 3.7), lock their Gaming Account temporarily or permanently (section 3.8), and access national gambling exclusion register (HAMPI). Integration with e-MTA for setting restrictions on games of chance, toto and lotteries.

Section 13 allows operator to impose restrictions, lock accounts, or terminate customer relationship 'immediately and without any prior notice or giving any reason'. Can retain funds acquired through 'suspicion' of breach. Section 3.5 allows withholding funds for up to 6 months during verification checks.

Section 4.1 states 'Any breach of the gaming rules or the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement will automatically mean that the Gaming Event is declared void and the Gaming Customer will forfeit their entitlement to any winnings'. Section 4.2 allows operator to void games 'entirely or partly' at any time during customer relationship.

Section 3.10 requires complaints within 30 days 'from the moment the deviation was or should have been detected'. If not submitted in time, 'the Gaming Customer shall lose his/her right to invoke the deviation'. This is a harsh forfeiture condition.

Sections 12 and 13 state 'If the Gaming Customer does not contact the Operator within three (3) years of the expiration of the customer relationship, the Gaming Customer's entitlement to the funds remaining in the Gaming Account will lapse.' No mention of attempting to contact customer before forfeiture.

Section 3.1 states 'The Operator reserves the right to charge the Gaming Customer if the gaming account is used or suspected to be used for any other purposes than gambling, for example, but not limited to, deposits followed by immediate withdrawal.' No specific fee amounts disclosed.

Section 8 provides Gaming Service 'as is' with no warranties. Section 9 limits operator liability for 'any direct or indirect damage' including delays, loss of profits, data loss. Section 10 allows suspension of service for vague 'force majeure or other similar circumstances'.
