T&C Cons
- Manipulation fee for withdrawals without wagering
If player deposits funds and then withdraws without wagering at least 80% of deposited amount, bookmaker can charge a manipulation fee covering transaction costs. Account may also be closed.
- Broad grounds for bet cancellation
Bookmaker reserves right to cancel bets for 'obvious errors' in odds or descriptions, system errors, data entry mistakes, transmission delays in live betting, and numerous other circumstances. This gives bookmaker significant discretion.
- Account closure without reason
Bookmaker has right to refuse account activation or conversion from temporary to permanent account without providing any reason (§4 ust. 6). Can also close accounts for various reasons including 90 days without deposit.
- Winnings can be retroactively cancelled
Bookmaker can cancel winnings even after payout if violations are discovered later. Can deduct incorrectly credited funds from account within 30 days. If insufficient balance, player must pay within 10 days or face legal action.
- Funds forfeiture for inactive temporary accounts
Temporary accounts blocked after 30 days. If not converted to permanent within 12 months of blocking, remaining funds become bookmaker's income. Similar provision for permanent accounts after failed contact attempts.
- Single account restriction with harsh penalties
Only one account allowed per player. If duplicate accounts detected, bookmaker can close accounts, cancel all winnings paid since activation, cancel all bets, and confiscate profits. Detection based on similar data or IP addresses.
- Short claims statute of limitations
Claims related to betting expire after only 6 months from due date. This is relatively short compared to standard civil law timeframes.
