Points are earned based on ticket odds and your tier level (Bronze, Silver, Gold), with Gold members earning up to 30 points per 1,000 CZK at the highest odds bracket. - Restrictive transfer limits between H-konto and I-konto
Transfers between land-based account (H-konto) and internet account (I-konto) limited to maximum 10,000 CZK per 24 hours. This significantly restricts player flexibility in managing funds.
- Company can void bonuses and winnings for suspected abuse with broad discretion
Article 42: Company can refuse, modify, or cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected. Can cancel bonuses awarded 'in violation of rules'. Player liable for damages. Opening multiple accounts considered fraudulent. Very broad anti-abuse clauses.
- Company can block funds and accounts with minimal justification
Article 27: Company can block or cancel funds credited 'unlawfully' or if they have 'reasonable suspicion' of match-fixing. Article 26: Can temporarily block card/account for 'reasonable suspicion' of unauthorized manipulation. No clear definition of 'reasonable suspicion'.
- Withdrawals over 100,000 CZK must be cashless only
Article 28: Amounts over 100,000 CZK can only be withdrawn via bank transfer to player's registered account. No cash withdrawal option for large amounts.
- Company can unilaterally change terms with only 1 week notice
Article 43: Company reserves right to change or cancel terms with only 1 week notice on website. Changes binding on all players after 1 week. Players must close account 3 days before changes take effect to refuse them.
- Company reserves right to evaluate obviously incorrect odds at 1.0
Article 37: For internet bets with clearly incorrectly displayed odds, company reserves right to evaluate such bets at odds of 1.0 (no winnings). Subjective determination of what constitutes 'clearly incorrect'.
