Solverde can suspend accounts and retain funds indefinitely based on 'sufficient indications' of fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing without specific thresholds. Accounts with €5,000+ wagered in 6 months (75%+ on single bets) are limited to €25 maximum per single bet for 12 months, with total single bet volume capped at €500. Solverde can 'at any time and without prior notice, modify, cancel, suspend or interrupt any type of games, contests or promotional offers' (Section 36.4). No compensation or notification required. Very broad force majeure clause allows cancellation for vague reasons.
