Players can set deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), loss limits, session time limits with reality checks, temporary self-exclusion (minimum 3 months), permanent self-exclusion with RGIAJ registration, and cooling-off periods. Solverde can suspend accounts and retain funds indefinitely based on 'sufficient indications' of fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing without specific thresholds. Can also suspend for 'systematic betting patterns' or 'specific betting techniques' without clear definition. Funds can be retained until judicial decision.

Accounts with €5,000+ wagered in 6 months (75%+ on single bets) are limited to €25 maximum per single bet for 12 months, with total single bet volume capped at €500. Similar restrictions apply for accounts betting 85%+ on odds ≤1.50. These are very low limits that severely restrict serious bettors.

Solverde can 'at any time and without prior notice, modify, cancel, suspend or interrupt any type of games, contests or promotional offers' (Section 36.4). No compensation or notification required. Very broad force majeure clause allows cancellation for vague reasons.

Only Portuguese IP addresses allowed. Use of VPN, proxy servers or similar methods to hide location is 'clear violation' that can result in account closure, fund retention, and civil/criminal liability. Non-residents cannot open accounts.

Accounts with no access for 2 consecutive years are automatically suspended, then cancelled after another 2 years. While funds are transferred, players may lose access to historical data and must go through re-verification to reactivate.

Bonus abuse includes 'violations of general or specific terms' and 'deposits made solely to obtain bonus without intention to play' - very subjective criteria. Solverde can revoke bonuses and close accounts at its discretion based on 'founded suspicion'.

Players must submit complaints within 15 days of the event occurrence or the right to complain expires (caducidade). This is a very short window that may disadvantage players who discover issues later.
