Gaming Customers can freeze game categories themselves for specific time periods, and anyone registered in the national self-exclusion register Spelpaus.se cannot register. Account locking is available with a minimum 12-month lock period.

Complaints can be submitted by mail, email, chat, or phone (+358 20 7910 600). If unsatisfied, customers can escalate to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
- Customer funds kept separate from operator funds
Section 3.3 states: 'The Operator shall keep the customer funds separate from its own funds, and the customer funds shall be deposited in a bank account.'
- Swedish law jurisdiction with clear regulatory oversight
Licensed by Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) under licence 24Si2749, valid from 3 May 2025 to 2 May 2030. Swedish law governs the agreement with Stockholm County District Courts as first instance.
- Gaming Customer can end the relationship at any time with fund withdrawal
Section 13: Gaming Customer may end the relationship by written notice. Operator will transfer remaining entitled funds to registered bank account, e-wallet or payment method.

- Extremely broad operator discretion to lock accounts, withhold funds, and terminate without explanation
Section 14 allows the Operator to 'impose restrictions on the gaming account, lock the gaming account and/or terminate the customer relationship immediately and without any prior notice or giving any reason.' Funds can be withheld for up to 6 months during verification checks (Section 3.5).
- Funds lapse after 3 years of no contact following account termination
Sections 13 and 14: 'If the Gaming Customer does not contact the Operator within three (3) years of the expiration of the customer relationship, the Gaming Customer's entitlement to the funds remaining in the Gaming Account will lapse.'

Section 4.2 allows the Operator to 'forfeit, cancel, revoke, deny, withdraw, block or exclude a bonus/welcome offer' based on 'reasonable suspicion' of abuse, with no obligation to notify the customer prior to taking action. Section 9: Service provided 'as is' with all express or implied warranties disclaimed. Section 10: Operator not liable for indirect damages including loss of profits, goodwill, or inability to use the service. Only liable for direct damages caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.

Section 3.10: Complaints must be filed within 3 months. Section 3.2: Gaming Customer liable for all bank transaction fees, and if fees exceed account balance, remaining funds are not paid out to the customer.
