Section 4.2 prohibits vague concepts like 'unfair advantage', 'bad faith actions', and 'actions clearly aimed at fundamentally altering bet probabilities'. Operator has sole discretion to determine violations
- Strict deposit limits with complex increase process
Section 4.5: Maximum deposits of €600/day, €1,500/week, €3,000/month. To increase limits, players must pass DGOJ addiction prevention tests, show no risk behavior for 3 months, wait 3 days for approval, and cannot receive personalized promotions for 30 days after increase
- Live betting restrictions on available funds
Section 4.7: For live events, players can only bet funds available at the start of the match plus any winnings from that match - cannot add funds during live play
- Account inactivity leads to suspension and eventual cancellation
Section 12.3: No transactions for 24 months results in account suspension. If not reactivated within 4 years after suspension, account is cancelled
