- Extremely broad account closure and fund withholding rights
Section 13 allows operator to 'impose restrictions, lock account or terminate customer relationship immediately without prior notice or giving any reason' in numerous vague situations including 'if the Operator deems it otherwise necessary' or 'for safety or responsible gaming reasons'. Can retain or reclaim funds based on suspicion alone.
- Very long verification period for suspicious activity - up to 6 months
Section 3.5 states: 'In case of suspicious behaviour, the check and verification may take up to six (6) months to complete.' During this time, funds are frozen in the Gaming Account with no access.
- Funds expire after 3 years of inactivity with no contact
Sections 12 and 13 state: 'If the Gaming Customer does not contact the Operator within three (3) years of the expiration of the customer relationship, the Gaming Customer's entitlement to the funds remaining in the Gaming Account will lapse.' Player loses all remaining balance.
- Operator can void games and confiscate winnings based on broad criteria
Section 4.2 allows operator to declare Gaming Events void for vague reasons including 'the Gaming Customer or third parties acting in cooperation' or 'any other fraudulent conduct according to the Operator' without clear proof requirements.
- Extremely limited liability - operator disclaims almost all responsibility
Sections 8 and 9 contain sweeping liability disclaimers: 'Gaming Service is provided as is', 'Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage', 'exempts itself from any claims for damages relating to the Gaming Service's access, function, quality, possible errors'.
