- Extremely restrictive bonus betting limit for sports betting
Since June 1, 2024, bonus used for fixed-odds sports betting cannot exceed €100.00 per bet. For bets over €100, real balance must cover the difference even if bonus balance is available.
- Account inactivity leads to forfeiture of funds to the state
After 3 years from last account activity, the account is considered inactive and any remaining balance is forfeited to the state treasury (devolved to 'erario').
- Bonus residuals are never withdrawable
Bonus balances (bonus residui) are not withdrawable under any circumstances, including account closure. Only real money winnings can be withdrawn.
- Account suspension up to 180 days without detailed explanation
Operator reserves right to suspend account for up to 180 days. For confidentiality of investigations, at request of Judicial Authority or ADM, operator may be exempt from communicating suspension reason to player.
- Strict 60-day deadline for document submission or contract termination
If valid ID is not presented at registration or necessary corrections/integrations are not made within maximum 60 days, the contract is automatically terminated by law (risolto di diritto).
