Temporary accounts (LVKonto tymczasowe) have maximum cumulative stake limit of 8,000 PLN and NO withdrawals possible until full verification completed. Account suspended after 30 days if not fully verified (§5 ust. 2-3)
- Right to refuse withdrawals if less than 50% of deposits wagered
Company reserves right to refuse withdrawal if client has not wagered at least 50% of deposited funds in betting (§5 ust. 26)
- Broad account closure rights without compensation
Company can close client accounts for any violation of terms without obligation to provide compensation. Can also refuse service without reason (§1 ust. 7, §2 ust. 6)
- Delayed payout possible if daily capital exhausted
If daily immediate payout capital (100,000 PLN) is exhausted, winnings may be paid after 3 business days, up to maximum 30 days from result announcement (§15 ust. 5, §17)
- Strict multi-account policy with bet cancellation
All multi-accounts closed immediately upon detection, all bets on multi-accounts cancelled and stakes returned. No tolerance policy (§5 ust. 18)
- Company can correct 'obvious errors' retroactively
Company reserves right to correct any obvious mistake or error and void bets placed at incorrect odds, even after settlement. Examples include reversed handicaps, wrong odds display (25.0 instead of 2.50), incorrect participant names (§8 ust. 9)
