- Strict irregular play pattern detection with bonus forfeiture
Section 2.5.7 states that 'equal, zero or low margin bets, or protected bets' are considered irregular patterns. Individual bets equal to or greater than 30% of total balance (including bonus) can result in suspension of withdrawals and confiscation of all winnings and bonuses.
- Inactive account fees
Section 2.1.9: Accounts inactive for 24 months incur €5/month administrative charge. After 4 years of suspension without reactivation request, account is cancelled.
- Bonuses expire after 1 month
Section 2.6.5 states LeoVegas can retain and cancel any bonuses not used within 1 month from the date they were obtained.
- Prize claim expiration of 3 months
Section 2.4.4: 'El derecho al cobro de premios caducará en el plazo de 3 meses contados desde el día siguiente a la finalización del evento.' Winnings must be claimed within 3 months or they expire.
- Broad fraud/abuse clauses with fund retention
Section 2.6.4 allows LeoVegas to retain withdrawals and confiscate all winnings to cover any losses, damages, costs, or expenses if account is suspended for T&C breach, fraud, money laundering, or collusion suspicions.
