ByczaArena is a unique loyalty program where players earn Bullcoin tokens for every PLN wagered (Play to Earn), complete missions, and participate in the bookmaker's profit sharing (Hold to Earn). §28 ust. 4: Roszczenia przedawniają się z upływem 6 miesięcy od dnia wymagalności. Claims related to betting expire after only 6 months from the due date, which is significantly shorter than standard consumer protection periods.
- Operator can refuse bets without explanation
§3 ust. 12: Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo do zablokowania Konta lub odmowy zawarcia Zakładu bez podania przyczyny. The operator reserves the right to block accounts or refuse bets without providing any reason, giving them unlimited discretion.
- Limited daily withdrawal capital may delay payouts
§26 ust. 3: Całkowity dobowy kapitał przeznaczony do natychmiastowej wypłaty wynosi 100.000 zł. Daily withdrawal capital is capped at 100,000 PLN (~€23,000), and if exceeded, withdrawals may be delayed up to 7 business days.
