T&C Cons
- Inactive account fees after 12 months
50 SEK per month charged for accounts with no login/logout for 12+ consecutive months. First fee after 12 months, then monthly until balance reaches zero. Only 30 days notice provided.
- 10% withdrawal fee on unused deposits
If deposited funds have not been used for betting/gaming, a 10% charge applies when withdrawing. This penalizes players who change their mind about gambling.
- Broad account closure and fund retention rights
Interwetten reserves the right to close accounts at any time without giving reasons. If closure is due to player 'misconduct', only deposits (not winnings) are returned. Vague definition of misconduct gives operator excessive power.
- Wide-ranging transaction invalidation conditions
Interwetten can void transactions for 'irregularities', 'inappropriate use', or if they 'consider' fraud occurred - very subjective criteria that could be abused. All winnings can be forfeited under these broad terms.
- Limited liability for technical issues and data breaches
Interwetten excludes liability for minor negligence, data transmission errors, viruses, browser issues, and even data breaches if 'precautions were taken'. Players bear most technical risks.
