- Operator can lock accounts or terminate relationships without prior notice or reason
Section 14 states the Operator can 'terminate the customer relationship immediately and without any prior notice or giving any reason to the Gaming Customer.' This is very broad discretion.
- Verification checks can take up to 6 months with funds frozen
Section 3.5 states: 'In case of suspicious behaviour, the check and verification may take up to six (6) months to complete... the requested funds shall be stored as frozen funds.'
- Funds lapse after 3 years of no contact following account termination
Sections 13 and 14 state: 'If the Gaming Customer does not contact the Operator within three (3) years of the expiration of the customer relationship, the Gaming Customer's entitlement to the funds remaining in the Gaming Account will lapse.'
- Broad and vague bonus abuse/forfeiture clauses
Section 4.2 allows the Operator to forfeit, cancel, revoke, deny, withdraw, block or exclude bonuses if they 'reasonably suspect' abuse, with no clear definition. Can also lock/terminate account with immediate effect without prior notification.
- Operator disclaims nearly all liability including service interruptions and errors
Section 9 states the service is provided 'as is' with no guarantees of accessibility, reliability, or correctness of results. Section 10 disclaims liability for indirect damages. Gaming Customer bears all risk.
