§4 ust. 15: After 2 years of inactivity (no bets, deposits, or withdrawals), forBET can close the account and the remaining balance becomes forBET's income. Similarly, §4 ust. 13: if a temporary account is not upgraded within 90 days of suspension notice, funds are forfeited to forBET.
- 5% withdrawal fee if less than 50% of deposited funds were wagered
§4 ust. 17: If a player deposits funds and requests withdrawal without having placed bets totaling at least 50% of the deposited amount, forBET can either refuse the withdrawal until the condition is met OR charge a 5% fee on the withdrawn amount.
- Daily withdrawal cap of 50,000 PLN for all accounts combined
§4 ust. 18 and §28 ust. 3: The total daily capital available for immediate payout across ALL player accounts is capped at 50,000 PLN. If this limit is reached, remaining withdrawals are processed within 7 business days. This could significantly delay large withdrawals.

§4 ust. 8: Players with a temporary account CANNOT withdraw any funds at all - neither deposits nor winnings. Full KYC verification and account upgrade is mandatory before any withdrawal. The temporary account is only active for up to 30 days.
