- Bets can be voided with odds of 1.0 in numerous circumstances
Article 21 lists 14+ different scenarios where bets are settled at odds 1.0 (stake returned), including technical errors, event cancellations, venue changes, and various other conditions. This creates significant uncertainty
- Operator has broad discretion to refuse or limit bets
forBET reserves the right to suspend acceptance of bets on any betting opportunity at any time without giving reasons, and can limit bets by stake amount, bet type, or number of selections (Article 10.4)
- 48-hour window for event postponement before void
If a betting event takes place more than 48 hours after the originally published time, bets are settled at odds 1.0. This is relatively strict compared to some competitors
- Limited cancellation window for placed bets
Placed tickets can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of bet placement and only under conditions predetermined by forBET. Live bets cannot be cancelled at all
