Section 2.5.7-2.5.8: Irregular play includes bets equal to or exceeding 30% of total balance (including bonus), zero/low margin betting, or hedge betting. Operator can withhold withdrawals AND confiscate all winnings and bonuses obtained through such methods.
- Inactivity fee of 50 SEK/month after 12 months
Section 2.1.13: After 12 months of inactivity with a real money balance, the Operator charges a monthly administrative fee of 50 SEK. While they attempt to contact the player first, this can erode balances over time.
- Broad limitation of liability excluding even regulatory breach damages
Section 8.2.3: Operator shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses of any kind, including as a direct or indirect consequence of the Operator breaching its obligations under the Swedish Gaming Act (Spellagen 2018:1138). Section 5.7 reinforces that responsible gambling obligations cannot be used for civil claims.
