Maximum 500,000 PLN (~€115,000) monthly withdrawal limit per player (§14 ust.8). Could be restrictive for high-stakes players.
- Broad discretionary powers to refuse bets and limit accounts
Operator can refuse any bet without reason (§5 ust.5), introduce deposit limits, winning limits, or exclude players from promotions without specific justification (Communication 10).
- Minimum withdrawal threshold
Minimum withdrawal amount up to 5 PLN (~€1.15). Winnings below this remain on account until threshold reached (§14 ust.4).
- Short complaint period
Complaints must be filed within 14 days from announcement of final event result (§21 ust.1). Relatively short window compared to some operators.
- 6-month claim prescription period
All player claims expire after 6 months from due date (§22 ust.1). Shorter than standard civil law prescription periods.
