New customers receive a 100% deposit match up to 500 kr on their first deposit. Bonus forfeited if any withdrawal is requested while bonus is active (Section 15.5). Low-risk betting strategies on roulette covering 24+ of 37 positions are prohibited.
- Inactivity fee of 50 SEK per month after 180 days
Section 9.1-9.2: After 180 days of inactivity, a monthly fee of 50 SEK is deducted from the account balance until it reaches zero. While 30-day advance notice is given, this can erode balances over time.
- Funds not protected in case of insolvency
Section 4.11 explicitly states: 'these funds are not protected in the event of insolvency and therefore your funds may not be repaid to you if the company becomes insolvent.' Despite segregated accounts, no insolvency protection.
- Broad rights to confiscate winnings and close accounts
