Players registered with passport (not Belgian nationality) automatically capped at €2,000 losses per month until formally Authenticated, even if deposit limit increase approved by Gaming Commission
- Account suspension for unverified accounts after 3 months
Unauthenticated Player Accounts can be suspended after 3 months. From May 1, 2025, unauthenticated players cannot access game offerings at all
- Operator can retain funds upon account closure
In event of suspension/closure for breach of terms, Operator has right to retain sums of money on Player Account without clear refund process
- 15% administrative fee on non-gaming transactions
Operator reserves right to charge 15% fee on withdrawals and deposits whose purpose is not solely to participate in Bets (consecutive deposits/withdrawals without stakes)
