§4 ust. 9: The company does not charge participants any fees for deposits and withdrawals to the payment account made in the forms specified. Note: Payment service providers may charge their own fees.

§4 ust. 13: The company must transfer funds to the participant's payment account within 7 business days from the day after receiving the withdrawal request. Daily immediate withdrawal capital of 100,000 PLN available.

§28: Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of official results announcement. Company must respond within 21 days. Claims prescribe after 6 months from due date.

§20 ust. 5: All betting data stored for 5 years from end of calendar year. Participants have right to access their betting history for 6 months after settlement.

§3 ust. 12: 'The Company reserves the right to block the Account or refuse to accept a bet from a Participant without giving a reason.' This gives excessive discretion to the operator.

§4 ust. 11: Company can correct errors in account balances without participant consent. If incorrect amount was already withdrawn, participant must return it within 7 days or account will be suspended.

§27: Company can void bets for 'obvious errors' in odds, suspected match-fixing, participant collusion, or violations. The definition of 'obvious error' is subjective and not clearly defined.

§3 ust. 5: Temporary accounts limited to 30 days and 8,000 PLN deposits. No withdrawals possible until full registration completed. Account closure/suspension if not upgraded within 30 days.

§21 ust. 2e: If company has doubts about event results or bets placed, can postpone winnings payment for up to 3 months from event start date while conducting investigation.
