How It Works
Existing and new BetMGM customers can opt in every Monday to receive up to seven 10% Profit Boosts on horse racing markets throughout the week, one per day. Players must stake up to £20 on any horse racing market (singles only) each day to unlock the daily boost. To receive all 7 boosts, you must opt in and place a qualifying bet before the end of the last race on Monday; opting in later in the week reduces the number of boosts received.

- Broad account suspension and fund withholding rights
Company can suspend accounts, void bets, withhold winnings, and retain positive balances for numerous 'Prohibited Practices' including vague terms like 'betting pattern that could adversely affect regular betting activity' and 'without genuine play'
- No liability for regulatory compliance failures
Explicitly states 'we will not be liable to you under the Terms and Conditions, and nor do we owe you a duty of care, in respect of our compliance or non-compliance with any regulatory obligations' including safer gambling obligations
- Extensive rights to void bets for errors and malfunctions
Can void transactions and withhold winnings for Errors, Malfunctions, or Interruptions even if 'not obvious to you' and 'only discovered by us when we check or verify the result'. Includes odds that are 'materially different from those available in the general betting industry'
- Strict duplicate account penalties with fund retention
