T&C Cons
- Strict document verification deadline with account suspension
ID document must be submitted within 30 days of registration or account is suspended. After 60 days total, contract is automatically closed (Article 10, paragraph 2). This is a severe penalty for delayed verification.
- Bonuses are never withdrawable
Both 'Bonus' and 'Fun Bonus' types are explicitly non-withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn after meeting turnover requirements. The bonus amount itself is always forfeited.
- Deposited funds not withdrawable except on account closure
Amounts deposited as recharges can only be withdrawn upon contract termination. During active play, only winnings are withdrawable. This restricts player liquidity significantly.
- Broad fraud detection with unilateral account closure
BetFlag can suspend or close accounts 'at any time without notice or obligation to provide reasons' if fraud is suspected. If fraud is proven, no refund of remaining balance is provided. Terms are very broad and give operator significant discretionary power.
- Bonus forfeiture for linked accounts or speculative play
Bonuses limited to one per tax code/household/IP address. BetFlag reserves 'unquestionable judgment' to revoke bonuses for 'inaccuracies, irregularities, or speculative play' without clear definition of these terms.
- Inactive account fund confiscation
After 3 years from last operation, account becomes inactive and any remaining balance is transferred to the Treasury (Erario). Players have limited time to claim funds.
