- Very long waiting periods for limit increases
Third and subsequent limit increases require 3-month waiting period. While protective, this is extremely restrictive compared to industry standards.
- Account suspension possible without clear appeal process
Company reserves right to block accounts if documents raise doubts about authenticity or legal compliance. No clear dispute resolution process mentioned.
- Temporary account automatically suspended after 30 days
All temporary accounts created from December 1, 2022 are suspended after 30 days until full registration completed. Existing accounts also affected.
- Funds from failed verification become company income
If temporary account holder cannot pass full verification, funds on suspended account become company revenue (dochód Spółki). This is a significant player risk.
