Section 19.2: Maximum liability capped at greater of (a) transaction value, (b) amount lost/misplaced, or (c) £10,000. Section 19.4: 'we will not be liable to you under these Terms, and nor do we owe you a duty of care, in respect of our compliance or non-compliance with any regulatory obligations.' Section 18.1: After 12 months of no use, account becomes inactive. After 30 days notification, £5 monthly fee deducted until balance reaches zero. While notification is provided, this is still a fee that erodes player balances.

Section 8.2: If duplicate accounts discovered, operator can close all accounts (including original), void all promotions and winnings, and void all unsettled/future transactions. No exceptions mentioned for genuine mistakes.
